BAUMAN MEDICAL REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds

At Bauman Medical we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your hair restoration products, procedures and treatments. We are confident that our carefully curated, high quality products will help you achieve your goals when used according to Dr. Bauman’s treatment plan. We allow you 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase (prescriptions excluded). Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

We are focused exclusively on our patents’ satisfaction and goal of achieving fuller healthier hair. If after 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with a product, we will provide you with full or partial credit toward another Bauman Medical product or service.

Bauman Portable Laser Devices: Bauman Medical’s portable laser devices have a lifetime warranty. If they should stop working, call us immediately and we will send it to the manufacturer for repair. Repairs are free within the first 3 years of purchase, $250 from 3-5 years, and $500 after 5 years of purchase. Batteries should have a fairly long life before requiring a replacement. However, we will replace them at no charge when the time arises.

We will allow exchange of laser devices within 12 months of purchase. The device must be undamaged and in good working order. We will provide you with a credit toward another Bauman Medical product or service, less a $750 restocking fee.
